So many of us believe that we are products of our environment. I like to think that we are products of the choices we make within our environment.

This gives power where it belongs…
to you, to me.

What will you do, in this moment, to change your situation?

“My focus is in the areas of relationships, communication and health. My view is that these areas impact all other aspects in our lives. So when we have wholeness here, everything else is positively impacted. The foothold, though, is the relationship we have with ourselves.”

It’s taken me a long time to figure out that not only is beauty in the eye of the beholder, it is also in and of the moment.  The beauty to be found in life won’t be found tomorrow, next week or when a certain amount of status or money is attained or when the person of your dreams coming knocking, if you cannot find it in this moment.  Yes, there are painful times. Yes, there are times when things appear bleak, confusing or hopeless.  And yet, that’s not the only thing that exists in those moments, there is also beauty.

My passion is to help my clients be THE person of their dreams so that in each moment, beauty can be seen. Through EFT-based coaching, I facilitate an experience through which my clients begin to discover the richness of who they are.  It never fails to amaze me that when people enjoy a rich and full relationship with themselves, when their emotional, spiritual, mental and physical bodies are in balance, that their external relationships prosper.

Musings & Reflections

Dear Readers:

I’ve been writing for much of my life; it’s my creative outlet. It’s the space I use to share my thoughts, reflections and feelings.

From time to time, I will include provocative language or concepts in my writings.  How come?  My family might say it’s because that’s just who I am, and they might be right.  Also, I believe that provocation only exists because of some value, or meaning, we placed on a certain sequence of letters (after all, isn’t that what a word is?) or ideas.  These values come from beliefs we hold about right/wrong, appropriate/inappropriate, acceptable/not acceptable, etc.  To be clear, I also attach meaning to words and concepts and I sure do have my own hot buttons! Your hot buttons and my hot buttons are likely not the same.

Some of my best learning has come from those times when I’ve been stopped in my tracks because my values have been challenged or questioned.  These are the times that I’ve made the biggest shifts towards emotional freedom.

My goal with these posts is that something I’ve shared will resonate with you, spark you, inspire you; that you will take away a gem or two to share with others.
